Service Description
This introductory course is perfect for individuals who are new to concealed carrying or those interested in beginning to carry for self-defense. The class covers the essential principles of firearm safety, legal considerations, and the mental preparedness required for responsible concealed carry. You will gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in fundamental techniques, including proper drawing, handling, and using your firearm in defensive situations. Our goal is to empower you with the skills and confidence to carry responsibly while making informed, safe decisions. What do you need? - A valid Government ID (Must be over 21) - Eye and Ear protection (available for rent) - A handgun & 2 magazines (available for rent) - 200 rounds of ammunition (available for a fee) - A holster for concealed carrying (OWB or IWB acceptable) - Water

Cancellation Policy
Precision Pathways Standard Class Booking Policy 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - Cancellations or rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the class will incur a 50% fee. - No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable. 2. Late Bookings - Bookings made within 72 hours of the class require special approval. - If you wish to register, please email eric@precisionpathwaysllc.com for availability. 3. Safety & Compliance - All students must adhere to Precision Pathways’ safety rules and instructor directions at all times. - Any unsafe behavior or failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal from the class without a refund. 4. Attendance & Punctuality - Arrive on time to ensure you receive the full training experience. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be allowed to participate, and your booking may be forfeited. 5. No Transfer & No Refund Policy - Bookings are non-transferable and may not be assigned to another person. - No refunds will be issued for students who fail to complete the class. 6. Gear Rental Policy - If you require gear rentals, you must email Eric@precisionpathwaysllc.com at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability. - Failure to request gear in time may result in the inability to participate and forfeiture of your class fee. 7. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances - If a class is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, students may reschedule at no additional cost. 8. Equipment & Preparedness - Students must bring any required gear (as specified in the class description) and be prepared for outdoor conditions. - If you arrive without the necessary equipment and have not arranged for gear rentals in advance, you may not be able to participate, and your class may be forfeited without a refund. 9. Legal Eligibility Requirement - All students must be legally allowed to own and operate a firearm under Arizona state law and U.S. federal law. - Foreign nationals are prohibited from receiving firearms training unless they meet the exemptions outlined in 18 U.S.C. § 922(y) and provide appropriate documentation 72 hours in advance. - By booking a class, you confirm that you are not prohibited from possessing or handling a firearm under state or federal law.
